Chloé Griffin is an artist, actress and filmmaker currently living on a sailboat anchored in the South Pacific Islands. She was born in California and grew up in Canada.

From 2003 to 2013 she lived in Berlin, Cairo and Beirut. During that time she collaborated with many artists, musicians and filmmakers. Some of these works include the experimental films and installations: Speed Madness and Flying Saucers, Ramadan in Space Time (2009), Projections II (2010), Golden Rush (2014). These have been screened in festivals, events, and art spaces including Arsenal – Institut für Film und Videokunst (Berlin), Basso (Berlin), and VIDEO WORKS 2014 (Beirut).

She has appeared often as a live performer - for instance in a 2012 staging of a performance piece by Valeska Gert with the music group Stereo Total. In Winter of 2014 she was a part of the Dar Ma’Mun residency in Marrakech, where she exhibited a filmic installation and live performance based on 8th century Arabic poetry.

As an actress, she starred in several low budget French Canadian Horror films as well as the films Saturn Returns (2009) and L’ Amour Sauvage (2013) Patricia’s Message (2018) by Lior Shamriz, and Desire Will Set You Free by Yony Leyser (2015).
